Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • To deliver a professional recruitment service to candidates and employers.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting approved adverts on relevant websites, obtaining references and drafting offers of employment and contracts in accordance with the authorised forms.
  • Manage the recruitment process on behalf of internal and external Hiring Managers and employers, providing guidance in respect of the selection process, ensuring the promotion of good practice and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Complete data cleansing activities on data held on personnel files and HR Shared Drive to ensure its accuracy and maintain an orderly e-filing system.
  • Conduct personnel file audits chasing missing documents, completing files, scanning and uploading to the electronic files.
  • Maintain compliance documents in line with Group policies and processes, administering the Disclosure and Barring Service checks for new starters, checking Professional registrations (GMC/NMC) annually for all clinicians and chasing updated documents including indemnity certificates and work visas.
  • Support HR team with mobilisations and demobilisation of sites (producing data, letters and documents for TUPE in and out).
