Summary

Regional Store Sales Representative - Andover (Multi-site) | Monday- Friday | £35,000-£42,000

We have a new opportunity for a

Regional Store Sales Representative to join a well-established trade company, where you will be required to cover

Five sites across the south of the UK including Andover, Bournemouth and Portsmouth areas. Your primary focus is engaging with customers face to face, promoting products and materials to new prospects and closing new sales opportunities. This is a varied sales opportunity where no two days are the same.

Job Title: Regional Store Sales Representative

Location: Andover (covering across 5 sites)

Salary: £35,000- £42,000 DOE (annual bonus up to 6k)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 7am-5pm (45 hour working week)

Key Responsibilities of a Regional Store Sales representative

Increase monthly footfall for trade stores

Drive customer visits to trade stores.

Proactively

identify new customers and sales opportunities, passing these to the store team for qualification and follow-up.

Refer larger or strategic opportunities to the Regional Account Manager, sharing relevant local market and competitor insights.

Conduct customer and site visits as directed by the Business Development team to fully explore potential opportunities.

Work with Store Managers and Regional Account Managers to ensure timely,

accurate quotations and effective

follow-up on enquiries.

Support in-store teams with trade events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Provide occasional

operational cover in Trade Stores as required by the business.

Customer Visits: Field-based, conducting face-to-face customer visits across your region up to 5 days per week.

Store Support: Time spent in Trade Stores as required to support operations and local sales activity.

Head Office: 1 day per month at Head Office (Andover) for reviews, updates, and team meetings.

Requirements of a Regional Store Sales Representative

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Genuine commitment to smaller, high-potential customers.

Strongly organised, self-driven, and results focused.

Demonstrated sales success with a consistent track record.

Skilled at combining autonomous fieldwork with effective teamwork.
