Summary

Warehouse Operative - Permanent

Location: Andover

Shift: Monday to Friday 10am-8pm

Salary: £30,000 (plus quarterly discretionary bonus after probation)

We're recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a well-established client in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically demanding night role supporting next-day deliveries through accurate picking and safe loading.

Key duties of a warehouse Operative

Picking stock for next-day deliveries

Loading vans/lorries

Packing stock

Carrying out stock counts

Quality Checking Products

Operating Manual Handling equipment

What you'll need as a Warehouse Operative

FLT licence desirable (Counterbalance and/or VNA)

Experience working within logistics and warehousing

loading vans/lorries with an understanding of safe loading/weight distribution

Comfortable with manual work and working in a small team
