Summary
Receiving and processing customer sales orders.
Entering detailed order information accurately onto SAP.
Checking orders and resolving missing or incorrect information.
Monitoring orders through to delivery.
Responding to customer queries by telephone and email.
Keeping customer and order records up to date.
Building good working relationships with the accounts you support.
Producing reports when required.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Business Development.
