Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable team in Camden, London. The successful individual will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations. Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Providing outstanding customer service and managing vehicle service enquiries

- Booking vehicles for service and repair appointments efficiently

- Advising customers on mechanical work required and associated costs

- Facilitating clear communication between customers and workshop teams

- Maintaining accurate documentation and up-to-date service records

- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar automotive role

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of automotive services and manufacturer standards

- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude

- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle multiple tasks effectively
