Summary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership located in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled motor trade professional to advance their career within a supportive and well-established environment. - Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties of the Service advisor:

- Greet customers warmly and accurately identify their vehicle service requirements

- Explain requested work clearly and prepare detailed job cards

- Manage service appointments and liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing

- Upsell additional services and maintenance options where appropriate

- Maintain excellent communication with customers through updates and progress reports

- Complete all service documentation accurately and promptly

- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery and follow-up

Requirements of the Service advisor:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade industry

- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach

- Excellent communication and organisational abilities

- Knowledge of automotive systems and technical terminology is advantageous

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with CRM systems and administrative duties

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dealership standards
