This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works carefully, follows instructions and takes pride in maintaining good standards.Key responsibilities• Preparing ingredients and food products according to instructions• Supporting production, packing and labelling activities• Checking products for quality and presentation• Keeping work areas clean, organised and hygienic• Following food safety, health and safety and company procedures• Working effectively as part of a production team• Reporting any quality, equipment or process issues to a supervisorSkills and qualifications• Good attention to detail• A reliable and hardworking approach• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions• Good awareness of hygiene and safe working practices• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy• Good teamwork and communication skills• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
