The Opportunity
We are seeking to recruit three Experienced Cutting Operatives to join our busy Post-Press Production team at Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators with a strong background in print finishing and cutting operations. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for producing high-quality point-of-sale and display materials while ensuring productivity, accuracy and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately interpret job specifications, production tickets and cutting requirements.
· Set up and operate cutting and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
· Produce finished products to the highest quality standards and within agreed deadlines.
· Carry out quality checks throughout production, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
· Ensure materials, quantities and specifications match customer requirements.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across Production, Finishing and Packing departments.
· Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to efficient production processes.
· Demonstrate flexibility to support operational requirements and overtime when required.
