Fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for 8 months*

 

We are looking for Recruitment Administrators to join our friendly Recruitment Team, supporting the attraction and onboarding of Health Care Support Workers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in HR and recruitment, working closely with managers, candidates and colleagues across the Trust. You'll play a vital role in ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly, providing excellent customer service and making sure successful candidates are safely and efficiently appointed.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping managers attract, recruit and appoint the best people into the Trust.

You'll provide guidance on recruitment processes, coordinate applications, undertake pre-employment checks and issue contractual documentation. You'll also support recruitment events, maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement across the service.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively

• Communicates confidently and professionally, both in writing and over the phone

• Has excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of accuracy

• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team while also using their own initiative

• Has experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Can provide a high standard of customer service to managers, candidates and colleagues

• Is adaptable, proactive and motivated to learn new systems and processes
