Summary
Fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for 8 months*
We're looking for Recruitment Officers to play a key role in attracting and appointing talented Healthcare Support Workers across Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals. Working closely with ward and department managers, you'll help ensure our teams have the people they need to deliver outstanding patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your recruitment expertise while making a real difference to frontline services. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Hours of work: full and part time posts available

As a Recruitment Officer, you'll support the delivery of an efficient, high-quality recruitment service for Healthcare Support Worker recruitment activity from vacancy to appointment.
You'll work in partnership with ward and department managers across the hospital, ensuring vacancies are advertised effectively, candidates are progressed promptly, and recruitment processes meet NHS standards and Trust policies.
You will be preparing and issuing Certificates of Sponsorship where this is a right to work requirement and working with the Government's Sponsor Management System.
You'll also support recruitment campaigns, provide advice and guidance to managers, analyse recruitment data, attend recruitment events, and help develop recruitment initiatives.
