Summary
Fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for 8 months*
We're looking for a proactive and driven professional to lead recruitment to our Health Care Support Worker roles, working closely with Practice Development and Education colleagues, ward and department managers across the hospital to attract and appoint high-quality candidates.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll take the lead on workforce planning, attraction campaigns and recruitment initiatives that directly support frontline patient care.
You will be building strong relationships with clinical teams, and help ensure our wards and departments have the staff they need to deliver outstanding care. As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll take ownership of Healthcare Support Worker recruitment across the Trust, understanding workforce needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
You'll develop recruitment plans, create engaging attraction campaigns, coordinate recruitment events, attend job fairs and use a variety of advertising channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
You'll also provide expert recruitment advice, monitor recruitment activity and support managers to achieve timely appointments.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who can build credible relationships with managers at all levels. You'll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and confident working independently to deliver results.
You'll have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, a proactive and solutions-focused approach, and a genuine passion for delivering a first-class recruitment service.
Knowledge of recruitment best practice, candidate attraction strategies, employment legislation and the wider recruitment market would be advantageous.
