Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

We are seeking a Business Support Officer to support the AVDV Programme, ensuring data is stored and retrieved in a timely manner and that reports are produced consistently to support the smooth running of the team.

​The role provides administrative support to the wider AVDV team through report production and effective navigation of company platforms, helping to maintain accurate, consistent, and compliant programme data.

Job Description

Reporting to the AVDV Programme Lead, you will support the wider team by carrying out administrative tasks, producing reports, and navigating company platforms to ensure the efficient operation of the programme.

​You will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data in line with programme objectives, enabling operational and technical teams to rely on a robust and compliant asset register.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out tasks associated with the storage and retrieval of data.

Support the wider team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Produce reports in a timely and consistent manner.

Navigate company platforms to support the smooth running of the team.

Act as the team's subject matter expert (SME) on company platforms.

Support team management in the execution of their duties.

Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality of programme data.

Assist with administrative activities across the AVDV Programme.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Excellent Microsoft skills, including SharePoint, Excel, and Word.

Systems-focused with the ability to learn new platforms confidently.

Knowledge of file management.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Articulate in both written and verbal English.

Comfortable working with numerical data and reports.
