Summary

KS1 Classroom Support Practitioner - Full‑Time, Long‑Term - Immediate Start

A friendly, community‑focused primary school with a strong commitment to inclusion and high‑quality teaching is seeking a KS1 Classroom Support Practitioner to join their team. The school is known for its nurturing ethos, excellent behaviour culture and a leadership team that genuinely invests in staff development.

This is a full‑time, long‑term role starting ASAP, supporting pupils across KS1 and working closely with teachers to deliver engaging, structured learning.

Role Responsibilities

Delivering targeted support to KS1 pupils through small‑group and 1:1 sessions

Supporting children with mild to moderate SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, speech & language, SEMH)

Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation and behaviour routines

Helping pupils develop early literacy, numeracy and independent learning skills

Requirements
