Summary
Primary KS1 Support Assistant - Full‑Time, Long‑Term - Immediate Start
A thriving, community‑driven East London primary school with a strong reputation for inclusion and high‑quality teaching is seeking a Primary KS1 Support Assistant to join their team. The school offers a warm, structured environment, excellent behaviour systems and a leadership team committed to staff development and pupil progress.
This is a full‑time, long‑term position starting ASAP, supporting pupils across KS1 and working closely with teachers to deliver engaging, well‑structured learning.
Role Responsibilities

Providing targeted support to KS1 pupils through small‑group and 1:1 sessions

Supporting children with mild to moderate SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, speech & language, SEMH)

Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation and behaviour routines

Requirements
