Summary
SME Careers partners with leading AI labs to improve how the next generation of intelligent systems learn, reason and communicate. We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Python experts to review and compare AI-generated Python answers and Chinese-language explanations, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem solving for correctness and clarity.
You will assess solutions for accuracy, completeness and adherence to the prompt, identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding, fact-check technical claims, and provide concise expert feedback. You will also write reference explanations and model solutions, and rate multiple responses against consistent rubrics.
What you will do:
- Review AI-generated Python solutions for correctness, edge-case handling, time and space complexity, and idiomatic Python 3.x usage
- Create and quality-check Mandarin Chinese prompts, constraints and acceptance criteria for Python coding and debugging scenarios, with Traditional Chinese preferred
- Annotate and categorise common Python error patterns, such as exceptions, off-by-one errors, mutation and aliasing issues and encoding problems, with bilingual Chinese and English labels
- Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy, fluency and contextual relevance
- Communicate review outcomes clearly in English, including concise issue summaries and the rationale behind each rating
Application and onboarding: apply with a CV highlighting your Python experience and Mandarin proficiency, complete a short skills screen covering Python reasoning and bilingual technical comprehension, sign a contractor agreement and complete identity and eligibility verification, then complete paid onboarding covering guidelines, rubric calibration and practice before tasking begins.
Fully remote with weekly pay once work is approved. An interview is required and is conducted in English.
