Summary

Mercor is partnering with a leading legal AI company to benchmark how well AI systems answer real questions of UK law. We are hiring experienced in-house counsel to work as expert reviewers.

You will run the same set of prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms, compare the outputs side by side, and score each response against a standardised rubric that we provide. Every evaluation is accompanied by concise written feedback.

The role is fully remote and delivered as an independent contractor engagement. The initial commitment is around 10 hours in total, with strong potential for further work depending on project needs and performance. All work is covered by an NDA and does not involve confidential or proprietary information from any current employer or client. Payment is made weekly via Stripe or Wise.
