Summary

To coordinate the day-to-day running and development of the Youth Matters New Mills CIC Town Centre Hub and associated community support initiatives.

The postholder will oversee the delivery of accessible community and family support services from the town centre site, coordinate volunteers, manage community-based support schemes, and support the development of a welcoming and inclusive hub for local families and residents.

The role will include responsibility for recruiting, training and supporting volunteers involved in the “Aunty Scheme” and “Care and Repair’ Scheme”, alongside supporting partnership working and community engagement across the wider organisation.
