Summary

Urram is seeking an organised, practical and community-minded Project Officer to lead the establishment and early operation of the Ardgour Re-Use Hub &Charity Shop. This role is ideal for someone who can turn plans into action, coordinate people and resources, and develop a welcoming shop that supports Urrams wider work across West Lochaber.

You will work closely with the Urram team, Board members, volunteers and local partners to get the shop ready to open, put clear operating procedures in place, recruit and support volunteers, coordinate donations and stock, and ensure the shop is run safely, efficiently and in line with Urram’s values.

Our successful candidate will:

Lead the set-up and launch of the Ardgour Re-use Hub & Charity Shop

Coordinate the day-to-day running of the shop

Recruit, support and coordinate volunteers

See opportunities to develop and expand the services offered

Promote and develop the shop as a community asset
