Our Clients is seeking an experienced iTrent / Business Objects Specialist to join a multi-disciplinary team, supporting and developing HR and payroll systems, reporting, data analysis and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Create, develop and automate the scheduling of Business Objects reports, including reports of moderate to high complexity.
Undertake detailed data analysis, reconciliations and data manipulation using advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
Support the configuration, maintenance and development of MHR iTrent, including system upgrades and process improvements.
Manage system support queries, user access, security and functionality through the relevant CRM/support platform.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data integration and process efficiency between HR systems and other organisational systems.
Work closely with internal teams, Senior Analysts and external software vendors to resolve issues and deliver system improvements.
Essential Experience
Proven experience developing Business Objects reports to a mid-to-high level of complexity.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience in complex data analysis, manipulation and reconciliations.
Practical experience supporting, configuring and developing MHR iTrent.
Good understanding of HR and payroll systems, data flows and system processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
