Summary

Our client, a prestigious main dealer in Farnham, Surrey, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy dealership team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Vehicle Technicians looking to progress their career within a reputable organisation that values quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Servicing, diagnosing, and resolving complex mechanical and electric faults promptly

- Conducting vehicle health checks and diagnostics

- Identifying faults and completing repairs efficiently

- Handling recalls and warranty work accurately

- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards

- Maintaining high-quality standards without compromising efficiency

- Working closely with service reception to deliver excellent customer care

- Utilising garage IT systems effectively and accurately

- Promoting a high standard of customer satisfaction through professional workmanship

Requirements:

- Fully qualified vehicle technician / car mechanic

- City and Guilds Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or demonstrated relevant experience

- Proven work history within automotive maintenance

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work well within a team environment

- Ideally residing within or able to commute to Farnham
