Duties:

- Conducting complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs to high standards

- Ensuring first-time fixes with accurate and efficient workmanship

- Performing comprehensive inspections and fault finding

- Advising customers and workshop colleagues on necessary repairs

- Maintaining a high level of workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Mentoring junior technicians and sharing technical expertise

Requirements:

- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

- Proven experience working within a main franchised dealership environment

- Strong diagnostic and repair skills on cars, vans, and trucks

- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

- Passion for automotive technology and problem-solving

- Reliable transport or residence within commuting distance to Farnham, Surrey
