Summary

Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new career opportunity within a reputable automotive dealership? Our client, a well-established vehicle dealership in Aldershot, is looking to recruit a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary of £32,000 to £34,000 per annum

- Paid overtime for Saturday shifts at 1.5 times the standard rate

- Working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

- 45-hour workweek with every fourth Saturday paid at overtime rate

- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for service clients

- Book in vehicles and manage scheduling efficiently to ensure smooth workflow

- Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, maintaining transparency to build trust

- Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and services

- Upsell additional services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue

- Handle all customer interactions professionally, ensuring dealership standards are upheld

- Maintain comprehensive records and manage follow-up tasks to promote customer retention

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership or workshop environment

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and excellent customer service attributes

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is desirable but not essential
