Summary

We are representing a highly regarded main dealership in Aldershot, seeking a Parts Advisor to join their well-established team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional to grow within a reputable organisation that values quality service and employee development. The ideal Parts Advisor will have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of vehicle parts and excellent customer service skills.

Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

- Bonus scheme with earning potential up to £34,000

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5.30pm

Duties of a Parts Advisor:

- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction

- Managing parts sales and processing orders efficiently

- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records

- Assisting technicians and service advisors with parts enquiries

- Ensuring all parts transactions are completed accurately and professionally

- Supporting the daily operation of the parts department to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade

- Strong understanding of vehicle parts and accessories

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Good organisational abilities and teamwork ethic

- Confidence in using dealership management and parts software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
