Our client, a reputable dealership in Aldershot, Hampshire, is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join their busy service team. Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Conducting vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and fault-finding to manufacturer standards

- Identifying and resolving vehicle faults efficiently and accurately

- Carrying out safety inspections and preparing vehicles for MOT testing

- Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation of all work undertaken

- Collaborating with team members to ensure high standards of service delivery

- Upholding health and safety protocols within the workshop environment

- Assisting with additional workshop duties as required to support the team

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Repair

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with a methodical approach

- Full UK driving licence

- MOT licence is advantageous but not essential

- Customer-focused attitude with keen attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks

- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
