Job Description
As Catering Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the catering operation, leading a small team while remaining hands-on in food preparation and service. You'll ensure high standards across food quality, customer experience, financial performance, health and safety, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the catering operation
- Leading, motivating and developing a small team
- Planning menus and ordering stock
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
- Managing budgets, food costs and profitability
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety and company procedures
- Driving innovation and introducing new ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Monitoring food waste and operational performance
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the operation
