Responsibilities
- Operate breakers and other tools to break out concrete as part of demolition activities.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to site-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card or CCDO (Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives) card.
- Proven experience in demolition work, particularly in breaking out concrete.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a demanding environment.
Day-to-Day
- Report to the site supervisor at the start of each shift for task assignments.
- Use breakers and other tools to carry out concrete demolition tasks.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and report any issues with tools, equipment, or site conditions.
