Responsibilities
- Perform general labouring tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Operate on Cango equipment to assist with site operations.
- Clear away materials and ensure the site remains tidy and organised.
- Dispose of rubbish and debris in accordance with site protocols.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CSCS card.
- Possession of a Green CCDO card is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
Day-to-Day
- Begin each day with a briefing from the site supervisor.
- Carry out assigned tasks, including general labouring and operating on Cango equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing away materials and rubbish.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
