Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently strip plasterboard from ceilings and walls across six floors.
- Operate light breakers and other tools as required for the demolition work.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including asbestos awareness protocols.

Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Asbestos Awareness certification.

- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.
Day-to-Day
- Begin each day with a safety briefing and task allocation.
- Use light breakers to remove plasterboard from walls and ceilings.
