Summary

We are representing an established independent fleet maintenance company based in Rochester, Kent, seeking a Service Advisor to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills and a keen interest in the automotive sector. The successful Service Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to fleet clients across the UK, with a focus on diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaning and maintenance.

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Respond promptly to incoming calls and online inquiries, providing solutions and converting leads into sales

- Handle customer inquiries related to DPF cleaning, maintenance plans, and fleet services

- Actively promote and sell DPF cleaning services and maintenance plans to fleet clients

- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering tailored solutions

- Follow up with potential customers to maximise conversion rates

- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures

- Ensure seamless communication between departments to support operational efficiency

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided

- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to the workplace environment

- Interest in automotive or fleet maintenance sectors is beneficial

- Confidence in handling customer inquiries and promoting services
