Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Gillingham. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to become a key member of a well-established team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for managing parts stock, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations.

Duties:

- Maintain and manage parts stock levels to optimise availability and minimise costs

- Maximise the profitability and efficiency of the parts department

- Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide excellent customer service

- Act as the first point of contact for parts-related queries from customers, colleagues, and manufacturers

- Support accurate stock control and administrative processes to ensure smooth department operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a parts role within a franchised automotive dealership or parts department

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

- Strong IT skills and familiarity with parts and stock management systems

- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities

- Proactive attitude with a meticulous attention to detail
