Role Summary

Abbey Care Services is looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Weekend Community Care Workers. This rewarding role involves supporting people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing while remaining active members of their local community.

As a Weekend Community Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, assisting with daily living activities and offering companionship and reassurance. Our community care service covers Kirriemuir and Forfar only, supporting individuals across both areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in care, as full training and ongoing support will be provided, meaning previous experience is not essential.

Working Pattern

Weekend working on a rota basis

Typical shift times may include:

7:00am – 4:00pm

4:00pm – 10:00pm

Flexible hours may be available

Additional shifts may be offered to cover annual leave and service requirements
