Working Pattern
Evening shifts: 4:00pm to 10:00pm
Flexible working arrangements may be available
Weekend working may be required on a rota basis
Additional hours may be available to cover annual leave and service requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assisting individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with medication prompts and administration where trained to do so
Supporting individuals to remain independent in their own homes
Carrying out light household tasks where required
Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
Following care plans and company policies to ensure safe, high-quality care
