Summary

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a role as a Level 3 Care and Support worker (Days and Waking Nights) within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion.

These roles will work on a rolling rota, covering day and night shifts, supporting the needs of the service.

These roles will support the Registered and Assistant Manager and staff, providing care and support in registered settings.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a child centred approach to practice, have a solid career history in children's residential care, or similar care and support provision.

Whilst we are seeking Individuals with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language, we welcome applications from non-Welsh speakers.
