Classroom Support Assistant
Greater Manchester - Bolton, Bury, Manchester City, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford & Wigan
£12.50 to £14 per hour | £93.75 to £105 per day
Flexible - Supply, long-term, temp to perm, part-time or full-time.

Working one to one and in small groups to help pupils with EHCPs access learning and overcome challenges linked to SEMH, autism, ADHD and communication needs.
A typical week could include
- One to one and small group support for pupils with EHCPs
- Helping pupils access learning and build confidence
- Supporting pupils presenting with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or communication needs
- Working alongside teachers to implement personalised support
- Building consistent, trusted relationships in the classroom
What you'll need
- Enhanced DBS with children's barred list (or willingness to obtain one)
- DBS Update Service registration
- Level 2 Safeguarding certificate
- Two professional references
- Right to work in the UK
Even better if you have
- SEMH and AP settings
- PRU experience
- SEND and autism awareness
- Experience in education, youth work, care, or community settings
- Positive behaviour support
