This role would suit an experienced driver who is comfortable with long-distance journeys and completing fewer than 10 multi-drop deliveries per day.Key responsibilities• Drive a car or van safely and responsibly• Complete planned local and long-distance delivery routes• Carry out multi-drop deliveries, with fewer than 10 drops per route• Check delivery paperwork and obtain confirmation of delivery• Load, secure and unload goods safely where required• Complete basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly• Provide professional service at delivery locations• Follow road safety, company and site proceduresSkills and qualifications• Valid UK driving licence suitable for the vehicle• Previous car or van driving experience• Experience of long-distance driving• Experience completing multi-drop deliveries• Good knowledge of road safety and route planning• Reliable, punctual and organised• Able to work independently and manage delivery schedules• Physically able to assist with loading and unloading when requiredAbout the companyThis Bristol-based business supplies fencing and related site security solutions, supporting customers with temporary and permanent products.
