Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced
Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover for a well-established client in
Haverfordwest.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Site Manager or Site Supervisor who is available for a short-term assignment and can take ownership of day-to-day site operations.
You'll be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors, overseeing site activity and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Key Duties
- Manage day-to-day site operations and site labour.
- Liaise with
- Coordinate and monitor materials and deliveries.
- Ensure works are completed to programme and required quality standards.
- Carry out
- Monitor and enforce site health and safety procedures.
- Maintain effective communication across the site team.
- Open and close the site each day.
- Take ownership of site activities and help ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a
- Valid
- Strong understanding of construction site health and safety.
- Confident managing trades, subcontractors and site teams.
- Proactive and organised approach.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
CSCS Card.
SMSTS Certification.
First Aid Qualification.
