We're looking for a Service Delivery Agent who will manage the flow of service requests to ensure a continuous, efficient service that meets customer needs while making full use of available systems, information, and resources.
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming requests and generate work orders and task documentation to support service delivery teams
-Maintain and update planning and scheduling systems to ensure accurate, real-time data and contract alignment
-Monitor performance against SLAs, ensuring timely input and output of helpdesk data
-Engage with customers, handling queries and complaints while clearly explaining options and services
-Schedule resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilisation of skills and efficient delivery of activities
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
-Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines while managing workloads effectively
-Strong organisational and system management skills, with attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills with experience in customer interaction and stakeholder engagement
-Ability to interpret and manage operational data, documentation, and processes
