We're looking for a Planner / Scheduler who will coordinate and plan workloads for field-based engineers, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer service across all client accounts.
Role Responsibilities:• Plan and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with company KPIs, ensuring efficient use of engineer diaries• Liaise with clients to book work in advance, ensuring all necessary job information is captured and communicated accurately• Coordinate subcontractors where required, including raising purchase orders and organising resources• Monitor planning performance, including KPIs, revenue tracking, and return visits, ensuring targets are consistently met• Maintain accurate records, order parts where required, and ensure emergency and one-off works are scheduled within agreed timeframes
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.• Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or logistics-based role, ideally within facilities management or water treatment• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workloads effectively• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, with a commercially focused and team-oriented approach
