Salary: £13.00–£14.00 per hour + tips

Hours: 40–45 hours per week

Perfect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie / CDP to join a busy, fresh food venue on the outskirts of Chorley, Lancashire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a high-volume professional kitchen and is confident preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard. Previous experience in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential, as you will be working as part of a fast-paced brigade with a strong focus on quality, consistency and service.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

• Prepare, cook and present fresh food to a high standard

• Work efficiently within a busy, high-volume kitchen

• Support the senior chefs during busy service periods

• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation

• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen procedures

• Keep your section clean, organised and fully prepared for service

• Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen brigade

• Help maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations during busy periods

About You

The successful Chef de Partie will have:

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen

• Essential experience within a high-volume, fresh food kitchen

• The ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

• Strong food preparation and cooking skills

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards

• A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude

• The ability to work well as part of a busy kitchen team

• A genuine passion for fresh food and delivering high standards

Salary & Benefits

• £13.00–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Plus tips

• 40–45 hours per week

• Full-time, permanent position
