Summary

Perfect Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established 4-star countryside hotel for an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive kitchen producing quality food for the restaurant, weddings, conferences, private events and corporate functions.

Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals to company standards.

Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Run your own section confidently during service.

Assist with stock control and ordering.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.

Work as part of a friendly and professional kitchen team.

£28,000-£32,000 salary plus tips.

40-45 hour working week.
