Salary: £50,290–£55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications, skills and relevant experience.

Job Summary

Pure N Sure Limited, trading as Desi S-Mart Supermarket, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the Company's marketing activities across its retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, strengthen customer loyalty, and support business growth across both physical stores and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and increase market presence.

Plan, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Manage the Company's social media platforms, website content and online presence.

Create and oversee promotional campaigns, seasonal offers and customer engagement initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

Analyse marketing performance and prepare reports using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

Coordinate with suppliers, external agencies and internal teams to deliver successful marketing projects.

Develop branding initiatives to strengthen the Company's market position.

Support community engagement activities and local promotional events.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant advertising standards and legal requirements.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Knowledge of South Indian languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam would be advantageous due to the nature of the customer base, but is not essential.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing Manager or similar marketing role.

Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Experience managing digital marketing platforms, websites and social media channels.

Experience analysing marketing performance and preparing management reports.

Experience working within a retail, supermarket or consumer-focused business environment is desirable.

Experience managing marketing budgets and external suppliers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Professional marketing qualifications (such as CIM) are desirable but not essential.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
