Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Ramsgate that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner searching for a new challenge, we have a range of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You'll help children build confidence, independence and resilience while developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed throughout the rest of their primary education.You'll deliver engaging and creative lessons, foster a positive learning environment and encourage pupils to become curious, motivated and successful learners.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2

Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the curriculum

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a passion for teaching
