Its services include warehousing, re-packaging, freight forwarding, collection and delivery work across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.The roleWe are seeking an HGV Class 1 Driver to support daytime transport operations. This temporary position would suit a reliable and professional driver who takes pride in safe, timely and customer-focused deliveries.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing deliveries and collections to schedule• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each journey• Securing loads and following relevant transport and road safety requirements• Completing delivery paperwork accurately• Communicating professionally with customers, site teams and transport colleagues• Reporting any vehicle, load or delivery issues promptlySkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 licence• Current CPC qualification• Digital tachograph card• Previous commercial driving experience• Good knowledge of safe loading and vehicle checks• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach• Professional communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedulesBenefits• £18 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Visibility to local employersThis is a days-based temporary opportunity in Warrington, with the potential to suit drivers seeking flexible work within transport and haulage.Apply today.
