The business operates a mixed commercial vehicle fleet and handles loads ranging from individual consignments to full loads.The roleWe are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to support night-time transport operations from Warrington. This is a temporary opportunity offering £19 per hour, with reliable weekly pay every Wednesday.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing overnight deliveries and collections• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift• Ensuring goods are secure and handled correctly• Completing delivery paperwork and tachograph records accurately• Maintaining professional communication with customers and transport colleagues• Following all road safety, company and legal requirementsSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 licence• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)• Digital tachograph card• Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience• Experience of night driving and delivery work is desirable• Good knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours regulations• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused approach• Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules• Good communication and customer service skillsBenefits• £19 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employersApply today.
