Working closely with our QA Manager and technology teams, you'll help embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, supporting the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other cloud-based platforms. Whether you're executing test plans, identifying defects, contributing to automation, or collaborating with developers and product teams, your work will help ensure we deliver great outcomes for our customers and colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, continuous improvement and working in a collaborative Agile environment.

What you'll be doing

You'll support the delivery of high-quality software through effective quality assurance and testing practices, with an increasing focus on automation.

Working as part of our in-house QA team, you'll:

  • Create and execute test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Perform testing across web, mobile and API layers
  • Develop, maintain and execute automated and manual tests
  • Identify, document and prioritise defects, working closely with development teams to support resolution
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams and DevOps colleagues to promote a culture of quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA practices, tools and processes
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and testing approaches to help drive innovation and efficiency

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who combines strong testing expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality.

You'll have:

  • Experience working within a Quality Assurance or Software Testing function
  • Some familiarity with test automation and automated testing practices
  • Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Experience using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Experience of API testing using tools such as Postman
  • The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues across technical and non-technical teams
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement

Previous experience working closely with an IT function would be an advantage.

It would be great if you also have

  • An ISTQB qualification or similar professional QA certification
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience of maintaining test automation frameworks
  • An interest in emerging technologies, AI and modern software delivery practices

Why work with us?

At Bromford Flagship LiveWest, we're customer-driven, ambitious and all-in. You'll be joining a team that values collaboration, innovation and continuous learning, with opportunities to develop your expertise across Dynamics 365, automation, DevOps practices and AI-enabled solutions.
