We are seeking an IT Test Analyst to execute testing activities that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.​

Working closely with the IT Test Manager, project teams, and stakeholders, you will support the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and client requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can design, execute, and document testing activities, identify and manage defects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.​

This role requires strong analytical skills, effective collaboration, and a structured approach to software testing.

Key Responsibilities

Review and understand business, functional, and technical requirements.

Clarify and validate acceptance criteria with relevant stakeholders.

Design and prepare test cases and test scripts.

Execute functional testing activities.

Perform regression testing to support solution quality.

Carry out integration testing and document outcomes.

Log, track, retest, and verify defects in collaboration with developers.

Support test environment setup, validation, test data management, reporting, and maintenance of test documentation.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Solid QA and software testing background.

Proven experience in a Test Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience using test management and defect tracking tools.

Ability to work effectively within structured delivery environments.

Experience maintaining testing documentation and providing progress updates.

Collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement of testing practices.
