Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor in Dartford, Kent, on behalf of our client, a reputable vehicle dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive Parts Advisor to join a well-established team.

Duties of the Parts Advisor:

- Supplying parts to workshop Technicians and front counter customers

- Selling parts via telephone and face-to-face customer interactions

- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships

- Identifying parts requirements and upselling additional products

- Processing sales orders from initiation through to invoicing and delivery

- Managing stock levels and internal sales documentation

- Assisting with goods in and regular deliveries, which may involve some heavy lifting

- Promoting the dealership’s brand with expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service

Requirements of the Parts Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong product knowledge and sales ability

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and handle physical lifting of goods

- Well-organised with good administrative skills

- Valid UK driving license preferred but not essential
