- Competitive basic salary between £20,000 and £24,000, with higher earners reaching up to £27,000 based on sales performance

- Realistic uncapped OTE of £50,000+ with potential for higher earnings

- Work Monday to Saturday with a fixed day off during the week

- Automotive demo hours incorporated into the working week

- Quarterly sales targets aligned with previous sales performance, with higher targets for high-achieving salespeople

Duties:

- Engage with customers confidently to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as a Car Sales Executive

- Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to prospective buyers

- Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business

- Manage vehicle enquiries and ensure accurate records of sales activities

- Support dealership processes to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines

- Professional and customer-focused approach

- Full UK driving licence
