Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable family-run dealership in Bromley, seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated workshop team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians to develop their career within a respected dealership group, working with multiple vehicle franchises and benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training.

Duties of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles

- Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment

- Carry out complex repairs accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach

- Keep up to date with the latest manufacturer guidelines and technology through continuous training

- Ensure high standards of work to minimise vehicle returns and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

- Minimum Level 2 Technician qualification or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment

- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work on complex vehicle systems

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

- Passion for vehicle maintenance and continuous professional development
