Workchain is recruiting for a Logistics Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client based in Wellesbourne.We are specifically seeking candidates with a strong, dedicated background in logistics, transport, or 3PL rather than general administration. In this role, you will act as the vital link between customers and daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Shipment Management: Manage and track shipments from initial booking through to final delivery.Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for customers, handling queries and resolving issues confidently.Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal operations teams.Proactive Tracking: Monitor shipments daily and proactively manage any delays or transit issues.Data Google Sans, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400; margin: 0px; text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 0px rgb(10, 10, 10);"> Maintain accurate data entry using WMS, transport/order management systems, and MS Office.Billing Support: Collate accurate billing information and support the team with client invoicing.What We Are Looking For:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or 3PL.Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of warehouse, transport, and supply chain processes.Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced operational environment.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deal with diverse teams and clients.Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving approach with sharp attention to detail.How to Apply:If you meet the logistics experience required for this position, apply today by submitting your up-to-date CV.
